Sovowin Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

1. Introduction & Definitions

Sovowin (bundles.sovowin.net and all associated domains) is an online Sports Betting and lottery platform serving users in Bangladesh and other permitted regions. In this document, "Sovowin", "we", and "us" refer to the company operating Sovowin. "User", "you", and "member" refer to anyone who accesses or uses Sovowin's website or services.

Key Definitions

• Platform: Sovowin's website, mobile site, and all associated services.
• Account: A personal profile created upon registration that gives you access to all platform services.
• Bet/Wager: A financial prediction placed in BDT on the outcome of an event.
• Balance: Funds held in your account that can be used for betting or other services.

2. Account Registration & Usage

A valid and active Sovowin account is required to use any of our services. Accurate and truthful information must be provided to complete the registration process.

Registration Rules

• Each individual may only create one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and the balances may be forfeited.
• The name, phone number, and email provided at registration must be accurate and verifiable.
• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential. Sharing your password with anyone is not permitted.
• Accounts cannot be created under someone else's name or a false identity.

Account Verification (KYC)

Sovowin may request a national ID or other government-issued document for account verification at any time. Withdrawals may be withheld until verification is complete. KYC is mandatory for large withdrawal amounts.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use Sovowin's services, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately.
• Online betting must be legally permitted in your region of residence.
• Anyone on the voluntary exclusion list is not permitted to access their account.
• Sovowin employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to participate in betting.

4. Betting Rules

All betting activity on Sovowin is governed by the rules below. It is each member's responsibility to understand these rules before placing any bets.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless the event is cancelled by Sovowin.
• If odds are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, Sovowin reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Pre-match bets are not accepted after a match has started; live betting operates under separate rules.
• Maximum bet limits vary by event and market and are subject to change.

Results & Settlement

• Bets are settled based on results verified from official sources.
• Bets on abandoned or void events will be refunded.
• Any disputes regarding results must be reported to the Help Center within 48 hours.

Odds & Changes

Sovowin reserves the right to change odds at any time. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that moment apply. The odds displayed before a market closes are considered final.

5. Payments & Transactions

Sovowin supports deposits and withdrawals via popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred BDT).
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking number registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third parties are strictly prohibited and any such transactions will be voided.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 24 hours, though verification may take additional time.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

General Bonus Rules

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it can only be used for betting.
• Claiming the same bonus more than once is prohibited.
• Bonuses have a set expiry date; any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit. The first deposit must be made within 72 hours of registration to qualify. A maximum cap applies to the bonus amount. If a welcome bonus is claimed from multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

Sovowin reserves the right to suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• If you register using false information.
• If age verification fails or the account holder is found to be a minor.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more).

Members may request account closure at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.
